If I am being honest, this folder doesn’t tend to get as much use as it used to – but only because I write the blog and keep track of my food and exercise that way. Pre-blog, it was essential for me…hence the reason it looks a bit dog-eared!
Planning was crucial for me and I had a four week meal plan which rotated – so the menu was in here, along with a shopping list! I also had blank food diaries which I had blown up to A4 size as I could never fit what I ate in the little space provided. The same for the FIT log…this was blown up and I kept a track each day of what I had done.
Then, each weigh-in day, I would write my loss at the top of my food diary for that week so that I could go back and spot any trends. It was really helpful and something I highly recommend – especially the food diary bit!
