My personal favourite!
This little beauty hangs on the wall next to my treadmill and gives me inspiration during tough workouts! I have made my own weight loss tracker – and broke my 32st+ weight loss goal into 3st chunks – each time I lose a lb I get a shiny sticker…yes, I like shiny stickers…and each time I reach the next st milestone, I get a shiny smiley face! I also have a picture record which I update every few months…I need to print out the ones I took recently and add it on, and then I can compare progress. I wear the same clothes, and do the same poses, and take measurements, so that I can track visual and inch loss progress along with weight loss progress.
I have stuck pictures on of healthy looking people doing healthy looking things, in the hope that it rubs off on me!
Again, this is a motivation tool that I would definitely recommend!
