…this weekend – Saturday to be precise?
Alex is leading a session on hormones at the gym – details can be found here.
I reckon Mr WLB would appreciate me going along – he keeps blaming my strops on hormones…the only irritating hormone that I have is sat on the sofa across the lounge from me! 😉
I haven’t got much to say for myself today – work is absolutely crazy at the moment…and I have had to stamp my feet a couple of times today to get my way – which, despite what you might think, isn’t my style. But sometimes you just have to shout the bloody loudest to get things done. I have a two-week window to do the work of five people and have managed to scrape three people together…so it’s going to be busy.
Apologies in advance if I don’t ‘share’ on a daily basis – as I will probably be shattered and very grumpy – but I’ll do my best. In fact, after last nights appearance from Mr WLB, I might just let him take over for a week or two…although I have seen him taking notes on my behaviour and the things I say – so I am not sure that this is the best of ideas. For example, I got overly excited to find that Brax was making an appearance on Home and Away – my guilty pleasure…the show, not Brax as there’s no need for guilt there! 😉 Anyway, in my over-excitement I started getting all vocal about unmentionable things, and Mr WLB was tapping away and gleefully informed me that he would share my debauched thoughts. Fuck it – if you can’t window shop then life is no fun…as long as you don’t finger the goods then all is well! 🙂
On that note, I am heading off. It’s payday and every payday evening I have the joyous task of sending my money everywhere else but my savings account.
My today was good – and I remembered lunch, which meant no worries when it came to my colleagues throwing the chocolate and crisps down their necks. By ‘no worries’ I mean that I didn’t want to stab them in the eye with a pencil!
Breakfast – smoked salmon, boiled eggs, and spinach.
Lunch – chicken, avocado, olives, and cherry tomatoes.
Dinner – smoked fish with mediterranean veggies, feta, olives, and garlic.
Thank you for reading – it would be fab to say ‘hello’ if you can make it on Saturday!
